We focus on emerging company and small business engagements by providing back-office support functions. Experienced in serving clients with a local, national, or international presence, and a number of diverse organizational structures, our professionals can help develop meaningful solutions for our clients’ businesses.**Responsibilities:*** Perform and oversee full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.* Support month-end and year-end close procedures.* Collaborate with clients to resolve accounting issues and improve operational efficiency.* Provide accounting, finance and business advisory services to clients.* Work closely with team leadership and clients to resolve accounting issues and improve operational efficiency.* Provide timely, high quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations.* Understand RSM’s service lines and work as a team in providing an integrated service delivery**Required Qualifications:*** Canadian CPA* Strong understanding of accounting systems and cloud-based tools.* 4+ years of experience working in a fast-paced setting* Ability and willingness to collaborate and work in team settings.* Advanced written and verbal communication skills* Firm understanding of general accounting functions* Ability to understand the business objectives, people, and processes with our clients* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.* Willingness to travel, depending on clients.**Preferred Qualifications:*** Experience in a multiple projects environment.* Previous client service experience* Experience with QuickBooks Online or XeroAt RSM, we offer a competitive benefits and compensation package for all our people.We offer flexibility in your schedule, empowering you to balance life’s demands, while also maintaining your ability to serve clients.
