About The Role We’re experiencing an exciting period of rapid growth and are looking to bring on an entry-level Talent Coordinator & Sourcer to support hiring across our Client Services teams and Central functions. This role sits at the heart of our growth journey and plays a critical part in helping us scale effectively. In this role, you’ll focus on building and nurturing strong candidate pipelines to support our ongoing hiring needs. You’ll use a variety of sourcing and outreach methods, including LinkedIn, university career portals, and other creative tools to identify and engage early-career talent. You’ll also gain hands-on experience supporting the coordination of interviews and working closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Reporting directly to the North American Talent Manager, you’ll take ownership of sourcing pipelines and outbound recruitment efforts, with real visibility into how your work directly impacts the business. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their recruiting career who loves sourcing, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to deepen their exposure to talent acquisition while making a meaningful, hands-on impact from day one. Responsibilities Take ownership of proactive sourcing and pipeline building for Client Services roles. Identify, engage, and nurture passive candidates through thoughtful, personalized outbound outreach Manage candidate workflows from first contact through interview stages, ensuring a smooth, timely, and fair experience Source candidates against defined role criteria and competencies Coordinate and schedule interviews across candidates for hiring managers Partner closely with the Talent Manager to prioritize roles and execute effective sourcing strategies Attend in person hiring events (Local Job Fairs, University events, Assessment Days, etc.) Support broader talent projects as needed Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in recruiting or sourcing (preferably at an agency), ideally supporting sales, customer success or other professional services roles Proven ability to source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools Strong communications skills and comfort working with stakeholders across teams and locations High attention to detail and strong organizational habits Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Experience using an ATS What We Can Offer An extended benefits plan that includes Dental, Vision & Pharmaceutical coverages, alongside wider benefits such as massage, chiropractor and physical therapy benefits Employee Assistance Program Tenure gifts to thank our loyal staff An enhanced maternity and paternity package 17 days annual leave each year which includes a week’s closure over the Christmas period to fully reset + 9 public holidays A paid sick leave policy of up to 10 days annually Up to 20 remote working days annually A hybrid working model, featuring three days per week in our modern downtown Toronto office Team socials – from Pizza to Caribbean to Korean food The opportunity to create, lead or participate in one of our many ERG groups to drive diversity, inclusion and understanding Corporate events: quarterly gatherings and annual Christmas & Summer parties How to apply Want to learn more?
