About The Role We’re experiencing an exciting period of rapid growth and are looking to bring on an entry-level Talent Coordinator & Sourcer to support hiring across our Client Services teams and Central functions. This role sits at the heart of our growth journey and plays a critical part in helping us scale effectively. In this role, you’ll focus on building and nurturing strong candidate pipelines to support our ongoing hiring needs. You’ll use a variety of sourcing and outreach methods, including LinkedIn, university career portals, and other creative tools to identify and engage early-career talent. You’ll also gain hands-on experience supporting the coordination of interviews and working closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Reporting directly to the North American Talent Manager, you’ll take ownership of sourcing pipelines and outbound recruitment efforts, with real visibility into how your work directly impacts the business. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their recruiting career who loves sourcing, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to deepen their exposure to talent acquisition while making a meaningful, hands-on impact from day one. Responsibilities Take ownership of proactive sourcing and pipeline building for Client Services roles.
