Toronto, Ontario, Canada ProSapient Full time

Everyday, somewhere in the world, important decisions are made. Whether it is a private equity company deciding to invest millions into a business or a large corporation implementing a new strategic direction, these decisions impact employees, customers, and other stakeholders.

Consulting and private equity firms come to proSapient when they need to discover knowledge to help them make great decisions and succeed in their goals. It is our mission to support them in their discovery of knowledge.

We help our clients find industry experts who can provide their knowledge via interview or survey: we curate this knowledge in a market-leading software platform; and we help clients surface knowledge they already have through expansive knowledge management.

About The Role

We're hiring a Talent Sourcer to support hiring across our Client Services teams and Central functions during a critical period of growth. Reporting directly into the Talent Manager, you'll take ownership of sourcing pipelines, outbound recruitment efforts, and the early-stage candidate experience.

This role is ideal for someone early in their recruiting career who is energized by sourcing, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to deepen their exposure to talent acquisition while making a real, visible impact.

What You'll Do as a Sourcer:

  • Take ownership of proactive sourcing and pipeline building for Client Services roles.
  • Identify, engage, and nurture passive candidates through thoughtful, personalized outbound outreach
  • Manage candidate workflows from first contact through interview stages, ensuring a smooth, timely, and fair experience
  • Source candidates against defined role criteria and competencies
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across candidates for hiring managers
  • Partner closely with the Talent Manager to prioritize roles and execute effective sourcing strategies
  • Attend in person hiring events (Local Job Fairs, University events, Assessment Days, etc.)
  • Support broader talent projects as needed

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting or sourcing (preferably at an agency), ideally supporting tech, sales, customer success or other professional services roles.
  • Proven ability to source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working with stakeholders across teams and locations
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational habits
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience using an ATS

Some additional elements for the role to consider before applying include:

  • This is a 6-month contract role, paying a total salary range of $ ,000CAD per annum so within your contract you will likely make between 30k-35k.
  • This is a hybrid role, featuring Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays at our downtown Toronto office, which are set days across the entire company and non-negotiable.
  • You will need to be currently legally authorized to work in Canada, and specifically, Ontario, for this role. proSapient cannot offer sponsorship or visa support of any kind.

Benefits

What we can offer you:

  • An extended benefits plan that includes Dental, Vision & Pharmaceutical coverages, alongside wider benefits such as massage, chiropractor and physical therapy benefits, to name a few
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Tenure gifts to thank our loyal staff
  • An enhanced maternity and paternity package
  • 17 days annual leave each year which includes a week's closure over the Christmas period to fully reset + 9 public holidays.
  • A paid sick leave policy of up to 10 days annually
  • Up to 20 remote working days annually
  • A hybrid working model, featuring three days per week in our modern downtown Toronto office
  • Team socials – from Pizza to Caribbean to Korean food, we love to encourage our team to get together and try new experiences together
  • The opportunity to create, lead or participate in one of our many ERG groups, to help drive diversity, inclusion and understanding across our business
  • Corporate Events: from quarterly gatherings to our annual Christmas & Summer parties, we love to celebrate, collaborate and have fun together
