Lung Screening Program Specialist

Provide informed consent education and patient-centred counselling regarding LDCT screening, results interpretation, and next steps. Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience in patient care coordination, discharge planning, or related clinical practice within an acute care setting (preferred)Clinical knowledge, patient education skills, and care coordination expertise acquired through formal education and professional experience.Knowledge of office routines, healthcare documentation standards, and administrative procedures. Ability to use specialized healthcare systems, screening tools, and diagnostic technologies. Strong communication and counselling skills to support informed decision-making and patient education.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within an interdisciplinary health care team.
