Our client is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to develop and maintain impactful reporting solutions for a network of over 80 contact centers across various ministries. This role focuses on designing dashboards, analyzing complex datasets, and ensuring data governance to support effective decision-making and operational insights for Albertans. Responsibilities Design and build a Power BI workforce insights dashboard consolidating key HR metrics from multiple sources. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and align on reporting and visualization needs. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, create forecasts, and develop advanced analytical models. Develop, test, and deploy dashboards, reports, and complex models to provide actionable insights. Manage project tasks, timelines, and risk identification to ensure smooth delivery. Create documentation, functional specifications, and conduct user training to facilitate end-user adoption. Communicate project progress, findings, and insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. Ensure data governance, security, and compliance throughout the reporting lifecycle. Requirements At least 5 years of hands‑on experience with Power BI, including advanced DAX measures, calculated columns, and time intelligence functions. Proven ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and develop predictive analytics and models. Experience developing and supporting complex dashboards, visualizations, and analytics models. Strong understanding of data governance, security policies, and compliance standards. Knowledge of Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) systems and client interaction data. Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders across technical and business teams. Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Familiarity with Azure analytics tools and best practices in data visualization.
