Job Overview Manager – Trailer Assembly (Full‑time). Must have a Valid Canadian Work Permit. St. Mary’s, Ontario. Focus on manufacturing, fabrication and repair of Platinum Trailers. Base pay range: CA$25.00/hr – CA$32.00/hr. Responsibilities Report and plan daily schedule with owner. Supervise a team of assemblers. Manage production goals with other managers. Mechanical understanding of trailer assembly. Instruct employees on assembling parts and installing components. Read drawings and instruct team members. Assemble Platinum and Grain trailers. Use hand tools; prefer experience. Perform tasks independently and with team. Validate experience and skills. Communicate in Spanish is an asset. Qualifications Dependable, reliable. Knowledge of assembly processes. Problem‑solving skills. Computer skills. Teamwork and collaboration. Excellent communication; Spanish an asset. Verifiable experience in trailer assembly methods.
