Job OverviewManager – Trailer Assembly (Full‑time). Must have a Valid Canadian Work Permit. St. Mary’s, Ontario. Focus on manufacturing, fabrication and repair of Platinum Trailers.Base pay range: CA$25.00/hr – CA$32.00/hr.ResponsibilitiesReport and plan daily schedule with owner.Supervise a team of assemblers.Manage production goals with other managers.Mechanical understanding of trailer assembly.Instruct employees on assembling parts and installing components.Read drawings and instruct team members.Assemble Platinum and Grain trailers.Use hand tools; prefer experience.Perform tasks independently and with team.Validate experience and skills.Communicate in Spanish is an asset.QualificationsDependable, reliable.Knowledge of assembly processes.Problem‑solving skills.Computer skills.Teamwork and collaboration.Excellent communication; Spanish an asset.Verifiable experience in trailer assembly methods.What We OfferFull‑time, year‑round, Mon‑Fri schedule.Direct deposit, bi‑weekly pay.Benefits: Extended Health Care, Dental.RRSP plan.Overtime available.Optional Saturdays for extra hours.To apply, email resume to hr@aleq.ca or drop at 2302 Road 125, St. Marys.
