Experienced Painters

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Painter to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the painting industry with a strong preference for those with 5 years plus experience.

The senior painter will lead and coordinate painting projects, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards and that clients are satisfied with the final product.

Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate painting projects including planning and execution of painting jobs.

Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, filling and priming.

Apply paint or other finishes to surfaces using brushes, rollers and spray equipment.

Ensure that work is completed to the highest standards and that the client is satisfied with the final product.

Communicate with clients and Production Managers to understand their requirements and preferences.

Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring that they are in good working condition.

Ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered on all painting projects.

Train and mentor junior painters on painting techniques and industry standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in the painting industry, preferred 5 years plus.

Excellent knowledge of painting techniques, materials and equipment.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team setting.

Ability to lead and mentor junior painters.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints is preferred

Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
