**Hourly Rate:** $50-$60 per hour (Based on Experience)/ $25/ hour during training

**Job Description:**

**Position Overview:** As a Bathtub Reglazing Technician, you will play a crucial role in our company's mission to rejuvenate bathtubs and enhance their appearance. Your responsibilities will include washing, prepping, and applying a new finish to bathtubs. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality results.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Bathtub Reglazing:** Prepare bathtubs by cleaning, sanding, and repairing any imperfections to ensure a smooth and even surface for refinishing.

2. **Application of New Finish:** Skillfully apply coatings and finishes to bathtubs using specialized equipment and techniques to achieve a flawless appearance.

3. **Transportation:** Carry 30-pound bins of equipment and materials to and from job sites.

4. **Vehicle Requirement:** Must have a reliable vehicle for transportation to various job locations.

5. **Quality Control:** Inspect the final results to ensure that the reglazed bathtubs meet our quality standards and customer expectations.

6. **Safety:** Adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment to maintain a safe working environment.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in painting, refinishing, or similar trades is a must. - Proficiency with spray guns and related equipment is a plus. - Physical strength and ability to carry 30-pound bins. - Reliable transportation (vehicle) and a valid driver's license. - Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. - Strong work ethic and a positive attitude. - Ability to work independently and efficiently. - Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members. - must have a registered company to sub contract

**Working Conditions:**

- This position involves working at various job sites, which may require travel within the designated service area. - The role may require working in different weather conditions. - Subcontractor status provides flexibility in work hours, but candidates should be available to meet project deadlines.
