Overview Hourly rate: $21.45 - $21.70 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. Position: Assistant Store Manager The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services and supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store. This role helps drive maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory in adherence with all Company policies and procedures. This position will work up to 38 hours per week. The minimum age requirement is 18. Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for more than 8 hours. Prior retail and/or management experience is required. Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations to achieve sales and profitability goals. Develop and coach store staff, including scheduling and performance management. Control expenses and shrinkage through effective loss-prevention practices. Oversee merchandising and inventory control in accordance with company policies. Ensure compliance with all company procedures and standards. Qualifications Minimum age 18. Prior retail and/or management experience required. Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours) and lift up to 50 pounds; ability to climb ladders as needed. Strong communication and leadership skills.
