This role helps drive maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.This position will work up to 38 hours per week. The minimum age requirement is 18. Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for more than 8 hours.
