Summary Of Role & Key Responsibilities Anthesis works to accelerating progress towards a world in which businesses thrive in harmony with the environment and global communities. The Global Head of Strategy services will be responsible for defining and driving the global standard for Strategy consulting at Anthesis. They will set the direction, frameworks, and quality standards for how we win and deliver strategy engagements for our clients, ensuring coherence, innovation, and impact across all regions. They will collaborate with regional team leads and growth leads to shape go-to-market plans, develop thought leadership, and win and lead major client projects. This is a senior, visible role requiring both strategic leadership and hands‑on delivery credibility. Working with regional leadership teams, it demands the ability to inspire alignment and build competencies across teams located in different geographies, while being accountable for the commercial success of the proposition globally. The role will report to our North America STaR regional leadership team and will have a dotted line into the Global Business Line Lead for Strategy, Transformation and Reporting. Key Responsibilities Proposition Leadership & Development Develop and evolve the global strategy proposition, ensuring clarity, distinctiveness, and commercial relevance. Design global methodologies, tools, templates, and delivery frameworks to ensure consistent quality across markets. Define quality standards and minimum expectations for client delivery, in partnership with regional leads. Lead the creation of training frameworks and capability‑building programmes for consultants globally. Own and maintain core sales and marketing materials — including service line overviews, credentials decks, and case studies — ensuring they are regularly updated and reflect best‑in‑class client work and current market positioning. Identify emerging trends, technologies, and innovations to evolve the proposition over time. Global Alignment & Influence Work across regions (North America, UK & Europe, APAC) to align regional teams behind the global proposition. Build and maintain strong relationships with regional consulting team leads and regional proposition leads, supporting them to apply the global framework in their local context. Influence through collaboration — ensuring buy‑in and consistency without direct line management in all cases. Partner closely with the Digital team and other areas of Anthesis to integrate data and technology into the proposition. Foster a global community of practice within the proposition area, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Thought Leadership & Market Presence Shape and communicate our point of view on key topics within the proposition area. Lead the development of thought leadership content, publications, and external positioning in collaboration with marketing and Client & Growth teams. Represent Anthesis in global forums, conferences, and client discussions as a subject matter expert. Go-to-Market & Business Growth Collaborate with regional Client & Growth Leads to develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies for the proposition. Support strategic pursuits, proposals, and client pitches, bringing subject matter depth and credibility. Win and lead client engagements, acting as project director on flagship projects. Own the global sales target for the proposition, ensuring growth across all regions and supporting regional teams to achieve it. Hold a personal annual new business target and actively lead and contribute to proposal and pitch activity. Contribute to revenue growth by strengthening the value, relevance, and scalability of the Strategy proposition. Key Requirements & Skills, Knowledge And Expertise Senior leadership experience in strategy consulting, transformation, or a closely related field. Proven track record of building and scaling consulting propositions globally. Strong commercial acumen, including ownership of sales targets and delivery of significant new business and organic growth. Credibility leading complex, senior‑level client engagements. Demonstrated ability to influence across geographies and cultures without direct authority. Excellent communication, facilitation, and thought leadership skills. Experience working in or with global, matrixed professional services organisations. Purpose‑driven and passionate about sustainability, with a commitment to driving positive impact.
