**Job Description**:
The Global Head of TCS Pipeline is responsible for leading an international team in charge of the development, deployment, and support of the Asset Management System that backs a global studio, multiple simultaneous projects, and a wide variety of projects in scope ranging from commercials to blockbuster films. As Head of Pipeline, you will be in charge of supporting and defining the AMS for thousands of artists around the world.

**Responsibilities**:

- Help drive the design, implementation, and evolution of the CG Pipeline that supports the world-wide artist team.
- Lead a team of developers responsible for deploying, configuring, and supporting the existing Pipeline.
- Work with lead developers and Creative partners throughout all of the studios to ensure that the Pipeline meets the needs of the studios at large.
- Work with management to ensure adequate support coverage to meet the demands of all active projects.
- Act as an escalation point for Supervisors and Production Management to resolve pipeline and work-flow issues.
- Promote a positive and productive work environment, mentor developers on your team, and help educate people about the AMS.

**Qualifications**:

- BS in Computer Science or Computer Graphics or equivalent Industry experience required.
- Advance level of experience in feature film on the post-production side.
- Experience managing software, pipeline, and/or technology teams.
- Production experience with Maya, Katana, Houdini, Nuke, and familiarity with relevant APIs.
- Prior development experience with Python in a production environment.
- Prior development with USD in a production environment.
- Must be able to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
