Tailored Brands seeks Retail Sales Associates to support retail, rental, custom, and omni-channel businesses within a store location. You will learn new programs, consult with associates at all levels, and contribute to a positive work environment. The work centers on customer relationships, sales performance, and store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build customer relationships from greeting through post-sale contact
- Demonstrate benchmark retail, custom clothing, and rental selling techniques
- Participate in team selling and support store sales goals
- Assist with visual merchandising, setup, and stock counts
- Operate the cash register at the point of sale
Requirements:
- Customer-obsessed approach delivering a world-class experience
- Desire to learn and adapt to new programs
- Ability to consult with associates at all levels
- Ability to stand and walk throughout most shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders
