Responsibilities Relevant to the territory, demonstrate ownership of the assigned business by understanding the health care environment, identifying key customers (Health Care Professionals), and engaging in the right mix of activities to support the assigned Specialty Care product(s) with a customer-focused approach. Effectively manage the territory based on data-driven decisions and an entrepreneurial mindset. Share geographic team responsibilities and contribute to the development and implementation of action plans to achieve organizational goals. Ability to work in a team and independently. Represent the company in a complex business environment shaped by competitive activities, government legislation, hospital and private clinic practices, and technological developments. Required Education, Experience, And Skills Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline. Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales. Proven understanding of the reimbursement system for Specialty Care products. Ability to analyze, produce, execute and track a territory business plan; excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills. Strong business acumen, territory management, and strategic thinking. Proven performance in meeting targets and objectives. Ability to rapidly develop durable customer relationships and build stakeholder networks across key accounts in a competitive, dynamic market; entrepreneurial mindset. Good knowledge of industry standards, laws, and regulations. Proficiency with Office tools and territory management tools. Ability to regularly travel within the province and, occasionally, nationally or internationally. Valid driver’s license. Language: English. Territory: Ontario West Region. Preferred Education, Experience, And Skills Experience in biosimilars and/or specialty medicine, particularly oncology, ophthalmology, gastroenterology, etc., is a strong asset. Understanding of Patient Support Programs and their role in the patient journey is an asset.
