Your Future, Fueled by Science and Strategy As a Senior Regulatory Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in developing and executing regulatory strategies that support Nufarm’s product portfolio across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and regulatory authorities to ensure our products meet compliance standards and deliver value to growers. How You’ll Help Us Grow ✅ Lead regulatory strategy development for key crops and projects ✅ Prepare and submit registration dossiers, negotiating favourable outcomes with regulators ✅ Ensure product labels meet legislative and internal standards ✅ Provide expert regulatory insights to enhance product performance and stewardship ✅ Build strong relationships with regulatory bodies and industry stakeholders ✅ Represent the Regulatory Affairs team internally and externally ✅ Deliver timely registrations that support regional growth targets Could this be you? You’re a detail-oriented and strategic thinker with a strong scientific background and a passion for regulatory excellence. You thrive in complex environments and enjoy working across teams to deliver impactful outcomes. You’ll bring: A tertiary qualification in Agricultural Science, Chemistry, or a related discipline At least 5 years’ experience in crop protection and pesticide registration Strong understanding of agricultural chemical regulations Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
