Your Future, Fuelled by Innovation In the role of Country Regulatory Manager, you’ll be integral to the success of our regulatory and commercial teams. Your responsibilities will include securing and maintaining product authorizations, building strong relationships with local authorities, and providing strategic regulatory guidance to support both national and European initiatives. You'll play a key role in ensuring compliance, driving portfolio growth, and enabling our products to reach the market efficiently, all while collaborating across diverse teams in a dynamic, multinational environment. How You’ll Help Us Grow Ensure timely and high-quality preparation and submission of local registration dossiers in line with national and EU requirements. Provide strategic regulatory guidance to support project planning, GAP development, and label approvals. Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, regulatory consultancies, and internal stakeholders to influence outcomes and safeguard Nufarm’s interests. Monitor and communicate local, zonal, and European regulatory developments that could impact the portfolio or commercial operations. Collaborate with local and regional teams to align regulatory activities with business priorities and contribute to portfolio lifecycle management. Support internal reporting, knowledge sharing, and strategic reviews to drive efficiency, compliance, and informed decision‑making. Could This Be You? We’re looking for a proactive regulatory professional with a strong track record in managing local and EU registrations within the agrochemical sector. You’ll be confident working with authorities, navigating complex regulatory frameworks, and providing strategic guidance to cross‑functional teams. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a multinational environment are essential. Advanced English and a life sciences background (MSc or higher) are required, with a PhD and project management experience considered a plus.
