As part of the Heart of House team, the Sales & Stock Support will support the Vancouver Boutique team by supporting administrative and back of house duties, while maintaining the CHANEL standards of excellent customer service, personal presentation and teamwork at all times. **What impact you can create at CHANEL:*** Assist in inventory management (shipments, transfers, cycle counts, consolidation, etc.)* Execute after-sales tasks (send sales, repairs, etc.)* Ensure inventory integrity and organization at all times* Partner with FAs to ensure BOH organization* Take ownership of secondary stockroom organization and maintenance* Successful experience of at least 1-3 years in retail operations and/or stock experience;* Knowledge of shipping and receiving;* Customer service oriented;* Detail oriented; excellent organizational skills;* Excellent verbal and written communication skills;* Comfortable working with different departments and teams;* Fluent English, second language is a plus.* The opportunity to work with a fun, creative and passionate brand;* The opportunity to support and contribute to the back of house and support with boutique openings;* Competitive base salary: $55,000CAD per year* Health & Wellness – Private medical and dental insurance, long-term disability coverage, life insurance, and accidental death and dismemberment insurance.
