Location: Vancouver Boutique (in Holt Renfrew)Reports to: Operations ManagerContract: 1 year Contract (Fixed-Term), Full-TimeYour role @ Chanel:The Sales & Stock Support will support the sales team by supporting administrative and back of house duties, while maintaining the CHANEL standards of excellent customer service, personal presentation and teamwork at all times. This position will also have the opportunity to support with boutique openings.What impact you can create at Chanel: CUSTOMER SERVICE & ADMINISTRATIVE:Establish and maintain strong client relationships in-person and on the phone by responding promptly and appropriately to all internal and external queries and ensuring that all clients are kept informed as appropriateProvide the highest level of customer service to colleagues at all times, including prompt response to requests from Clients, Boutique Management and Head Office.Assisting on the shop floor as needed, apply CHANEL standards of customer service including welcoming clients, presenting new collections, escorting clients to the door as appropriateCommunicate appropriately and effectively with colleagues and management within own and other Boutiques, as well as with CHANEL Head Office as required.Prepare packaging and assist with gift wrapping parcels as neededAccurately document messages and deliver to Fashion Advisors on a timely mannerWork effectively and efficiently within the team, ensuring memos and information notices are current and posted in each area and staff roomEnsure absolute confidentiality of the Company’s commercial activities and internal affairs at all timesBACK-OF-HOUSE Assist in inventory management (shipments, transfers, cycle counts consolidation, etc.)Execute the after-sales tasksEnsure inventory integrity and organization at all timesBOUTIQUE SUPPLIES: Ensure that back-office areas are kept clean and tidy at all timesEnsuring Cash and Wrap stations are prepared and stocked Prepare packaging and assist with gift wrapping parcels as neededWhat you will bring to the role: Successful experience of at least 1-3 years in retail operations and/or stock experience.Knowledge of shipping and receiving;Customer service oriented;Detail oriented; excellent organizational skills;Excellent verbal and written communication skills;Comfortable working with different departments and teams;Fluent English, second language is a plusYou are energised by: A fast-paced work environmentMaking a visible contribution to the success of a teamWhat you would gain from this experience: The opportunity to work with a fun, creative and passionate brand;The opportunity to support and contribute to the back of house and support with boutique openings;Competitive base salary: $55,000-57,000CAD per yearCHANEL CANADA ULC. welcomes all applicants for this position.
