This role is responsible for owning customer problem spaces, translating strategy into execution, and driving measurable business and customer outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring strong product leadership skills, experience working in large enterprise environments, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and senior business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Own and manage customer problem spaces with clear, measurable outcomes Define and track North Star metrics and supporting KPIs Lead continuous discovery to validate assumptions and reduce delivery risk Translate product strategy into prioritized initiatives and product backlog items Partner with design and engineering teams to deliver valuable, scalable solutions Identify and evaluate enabling technologies, including AI , and assess feasibility with technical teams Align product priorities with senior business stakeholders and organizational goals Measure and communicate business impact and customer outcomes Additional / Lead-Level Responsibilities (as applicable) Support portfolio-level planning, OKRs, and investment prioritization Manage dependencies and risks across initiatives Contribute to strategic product decision-making across teams Mentor and coach other Product Managers to foster a culture of innovation and discovery Qualifications Proven experience as a Product Manager in large enterprise environments Strong strategic thinking and outcome-based delivery experience Expertise in product discovery, experimentation, and hypothesis-driven development Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working in agile delivery models at scale Telecom industry experience preferred Staffworxs is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
