Responsibilities Development and monitoring of routine equipment maintenance with a strong emphasis on preventative maintenance utilising MEX. Fault finding, monitoring and maintenance of production equipment. Maintenance and troubleshooting with PLC installation. Commissioning, testing and certifying all required electrical work. Interpreting technical literature and troubleshooting complex systems. Adhering to all quality, food safety, WHS and environmental policies and procedures. Variable speed drives and soft starter diagnostics and programming. Shifts & Roster Shifts across day, afternoon, and night. Regular weekend work, on a rotating roster or as required for maintenance coverage. Overtime opportunities available during peak operational periods or breakdown events. Qualifications Relevant electrical trade qualifications and license. Experience working in an industrial environment with exposure to PLC’s, VSD’s and Soft starters is highly regarded. Strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards work. Solid understanding of electrical maintenance and repairs. Strict adherence to WHS requirements. Ability to undertake rotating shift rosters including weekends. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Ability to learn new computer systems and a willingness to undertake further training and personal development.
