Minimum 6 years of relevant industry experience, ideally within automotive, heavy vehicle, or specialized manufacturing. Proven expertise in PLC programming (Codesys or Siemens) and electrical loom/schematic design. Strong proficiency in 3D CAD for technical vehicle design (Creo or SolidWorks). Demonstrated experience applying the Australian Design Rules (ADR) or NFPA guidelines to engineered products. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively and autonomously. A passion for contributing to mission‑critical manufacturing is a plus. Why Join Kuipers? This is your opportunity to directly impact the safety and capability of emergency services.
