Overview The Project Controls Manager would be responsible for reviewing, refining, and enforcing existing project control systems to ensure effective management of cost, schedule, quality, and risk during final execution and commissioning readiness. Responsibilities Strengthening and applying project controls to manage budgets, schedules, forecasting, and quality through project close-out Identifying, monitoring, and mitigating late-stage risks related to cost, schedule, scope changes, and supplier or contractor performance Validating and aligning existing estimating, cost tracking, procurement, work breakdown structures, and contract management practices to support final forecasting and close-out Supporting change management, claims awareness, and impact assessments during the final phase Providing clear, consistent reporting to support leadership decision-making Providing guidance and consultation to project managers and project teams during final execution, commissioning readiness, and handover preparation Skills and Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering Construction Management 8+ years of experience in Project Controls/Commercial Management in a construction environment required Must possess a valid Driver’s license Understanding of Safety and OSHA requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of people and approaches Strong writing and reporting skills Experience with Primavera P6 Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Project Management Industries Food and Beverage Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
