OverviewThe Project Controls Manager would be responsible for reviewing, refining, and enforcing existing project control systems to ensure effective management of cost, schedule, quality, and risk during final execution and commissioning readiness.ResponsibilitiesStrengthening and applying project controls to manage budgets, schedules, forecasting, and quality through project close-outIdentifying, monitoring, and mitigating late-stage risks related to cost, schedule, scope changes, and supplier or contractor performanceValidating and aligning existing estimating, cost tracking, procurement, work breakdown structures, and contract management practices to support final forecasting and close-outSupporting change management, claims awareness, and impact assessments during the final phaseProviding clear, consistent reporting to support leadership decision-makingProviding guidance and consultation to project managers and project teams during final execution, commissioning readiness, and handover preparationSkills and QualificationsBachelor\'s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering Construction Management8+ years of experience in Project Controls/Commercial Management in a construction environment requiredMust possess a valid Driver’s licenseUnderstanding of Safety and OSHA requirementsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work collaboratively with a variety of people and approachesStrong writing and reporting skillsExperience with Primavera P6Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeContractJob functionProject ManagementIndustriesFood and Beverage Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
