**Overview: **

Join our client's Marketing Solutions team as an Adobe Solutions Lead. Drive the next generation of our Digital Experience Platforms where you will build and deliver various brand sites on AEM 6.5 cloud and on-prem, Adobe Target personalization & experience deliveries.


**Essentials: **

  • Minimum of eight years related work experience, with at least three years of development experience.
  • 8 + years' experience in Web Development technologies (Java, HTML/DHTML, XML, JavaScript, web services).
  • 3+ years' experience in Adobe Experience Cloud, including AEM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Campaign
  • Proven experience managing a development team
  • Extensive experience with AEM 6.5
  • Experience with developing and maintaining AEM components
  • Experience with managing Apache configurations and rewrite rules
  • Troubleshooting AEM package deployment problems
  • Deep understanding of Adobe platforms and the ability to manage complex, large-scale digital projects while effectively engaging with diverse stakeholders across the organization


**Assets: **

  • Retail industry experience
  • Adobe Experience Manager Certification
  • Agile or Scrum certification (preferred)


**Responsibilities: **

  • Lead the build and implementation of digital experience solutions using the Adobe Experience Cloud, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Campaign.
  • Act as the technology expert for the Digital Experience Platform ecosystem, staying updated on industry trends.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance in the design, development, and deployment of Adobe-based solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate new features and updates within the Adobe ecosystem to leverage the latest capabilities and ensure best practices are followed.
  • Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance the digital customer experience through emerging technologies and trends within the Adobe ecosystem.
  • Assess and optimize current digital experience workflows and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead multiple websites, responsible for requirements analysis and technical design documentations and development for enhancements as per acceptance criteria.
  • Lead troubleshooting and resolution efforts for any technical issues related to Adobe platforms, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing projects.
