Our client, a web3 based SaaS company, is seeking a Solutions Architect (Fractional/Part-time) to join their team and help shape the future of digital communities, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and innovative approaches. In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will be spearheading efforts in architecture, design, scalability and research.

Position Overview:

Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer, the successful candidate's primary focus will be on demonstrating profound technical expertise. The candidate is expected to first and foremost possess a deep understanding of the technological landscape, including mastery in areas such as SaaS architecture, cloud computing, Web3 innovations, and artificial intelligence applications.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Work: Work alongside a stellar product team. Contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the team.
  • Innovative Product Development: Spearhead the creation of our gamified engagement platform, ensuring it offers a unique, captivating, and empowering user experience.
  • Community-Centric Product Design: Incorporate core values of authentic connections, decentralization, and community empowerment into every facet of the product. Engage closely with users to deeply understand their needs and integrate their insights into the product.
  • Advancement of Web3 Technologies: Lead the integration of Web3 technologies to bolster decentralization, transparency, and engagement. This encompasses developing blockchain-based features and decentralized applications that align with our mission.
  • Artificial Intelligence Utilization: Leverage AI to revolutionize the platform and user experience. Drive initiatives that incorporate AI to personalize user experiences, enhance content moderation, and glean insights from user data for strategic product development.
  • Strategic Planning and Market Intelligence: Ensure product development is strategically aligned with business objectives, focusing on a platform that empowers brands and creators. Keep abreast of industry trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.
  • Comprehensive Security Strategy: Implement and manage advanced security measures, including IAM, data encryption, network security, and compliance with standards, to safeguard user data and privacy.


Qualifications:

  • Web3 Expertise : Profound understanding of blockchain, smart contracts, dApps, and crypto-assets, with experience in Web3 project development or integration.
  • Artificial Intelligence Knowledge : Solid grounding in AI principles and technologies, with practical experience in applying AI to enhance product features, user experience, and decision-making.
  • Technical and Security Proficiency: Deep knowledge of SaaS architecture, containerization, DevOps, front-end and back-end development, and comprehensive security principles.
  • Product Management Excellence : Demonstrable success in leading product development, preferably within tech startups focused on community engagement or digital commerce.
  • Strategic and Analytical Thinking: Exceptional ability to conceptualize and execute a product vision that aligns with company goals and user needs. Strong market analysis and user feedback integration skills.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and team collaboration.
  • Agile Methodology : Experienced in Agile and Scrum methodologies, adept at managing fast-paced, iterative product development cycles.
  • Problem-solving Skills: Innovative problem-solving approach with a focus on solutions that are data-driven and user-centered.
  • Development Expertise: Minimum 5 years of experience in both front-end and back-end development, with proficiency in React and Node.js.
  • Education: Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with additional certifications in project management or Agile methodologies being advantageous.
