As a Functional ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery (LSD) Specialist with Optovia, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and managing our ServiceNow LSD platform. You will be responsible for ensuring that our legal operations run smoothly and efficiently by leveraging the capabilities of ServiceNow. This position requires a combination of legal process expertise, technical knowledge, and strong analytical skills.


Key Responsibilities:

Configure and Optimize LSD Platform:

  • Customize and configure the ServiceNow LSD platform to meet the specific needs of our legal department.
  • Develop and maintain workflows, forms, and templates to streamline legal processes.

Integration and Data Management:

  • Work with IT and integration teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
  • Manage and analyze data within the LSD platform to provide actionable insights.

Training and Support:

  • Develop and deliver training programs and user guides for legal staff.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for system users.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure the LSD platform meets all regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks related to legal operations.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement enhancements and updates to maximize the platform’s efficiency and effectiveness.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
  • Experience with ServiceNow platform, specifically with Legal Service Delivery (LSD) modules.
  • Strong understanding of legal processes and workflows.
  • Proficiency in data management and analytics.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a legal operations role.
  • ServiceNow certification.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and risk management in a legal context.
