This role leads the HR and general affairs function in Indonesia, partnering with operations to support workforce planning, organization design and the efficient deployment of people, while ensuring a positive and compliant working environment. Responsibilities Lead the HR teams in Indonesia to ensure clear communication and coordination. Act as an active leader to influence stakeholders toward a dynamic and transparent working environment. Partner with top management and operations managers to support workforce planning, organization design and efficient deployment of people. Manage an effective budget and control HR expenses. Provide coaching and counseling to the HR team to achieve departmental goals. Lead activities to support daily administration of policies and programs across HR functions including: Organizational Development Talent Management and Succession Planning Learning and Development Performance Management Recruitment and Selection Compensation and Benefits Employee Relations and Disciplinary Management Compliance with laws and regulations Relationship with local authorities Reporting Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Minimum of 15 years in HR functions in multinational companies, preferably in services Excellent interpersonal skills with strong negotiation capabilities Ability to manage stakeholders’ expectations and ensure timely delivery Experience operating in a matrix / multi-cultural environment Pleasant yet business-like personality Strong management, motivation and organizational skills Good knowledge of Indonesia Labor Code and related labor regulations Technical Skills Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English and Indonesian Proficient with office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently under pressure Join an inclusive, flexible and diverse company where you can thrive while contributing to positively transforming the world we live in. #J-18808-Ljbffr
