Pre-sales Solutions Engineer- Team lead

The Role: You will be responsible for : Developing solutions and organising, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations. Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements. Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes. Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements. Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI's & RFP's. Working closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process. Defining project scope & specifications, estimating resources required to develop the proposed solution to meet customer requirements and developing schedules, test plans and documentation. Ensuring specifications and requirements are clearly articulated to the development teams and monitoring timelines & progress. Gathering requirements and specifications from clients and users in conjunction with the sales team to gain a strong understanding of client expectations. Identifying potential issues between systems and client specifications and proposing new solutions. Proposing the technical solution and overseeing the selection of technologies. Providing clients with regular feedback and updates on projects. Providing subject matter expertise and direction, guidance, and support on complex sales engagements. Reviewing proposals and estimates from vendors and ensuring that external solutions work with internal development projects. Ideal Profile: You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field. You have at least 4 years experience, ideally within a Pre-sales or Solution Architect role. You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and a proven track record in building relationships with senior level stakeholders. You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes. You have working knowledge of API, E-commerce and RFP You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams What's on Offer?
