Chef d'équipe - installation est responsable de diriger une équipe d'installation par rapport au montage, et de la mise en service d'équipements sur les sites de construction ou dans les fermes des clients. Principales tâches et responsabilités Coordonner les activités d'installation Planifier et effectuer des suivis des horaires de travail Gérer un chantier d'installation d'équipement de ferme Installer, modifier ou réparer les équipements S'assurer de la satisfaction de nos précieux agriculteurs Proposer des solutions aux méthodes de travail Planifier le matériel nécessaire Contribuer au suivi des performances opérationnelles Avantages Horaire de 4 jours semaine du lundi au jeudi avec possibilité de travailler les vendredis Heures supplémentaires payées après 8h travaillées consécutives sur les installations Temps de déplacement entre le bureau et le chantier rémunéré Congé payé pour ta fête de naissance Formation continue et développement professionnel Environnement de travail collaboratif et stimulant au sein d'une entreprise innovante dans le domaine agricole. Vêtements de travail fourni Assurances Régime de retraite simplifié Conditions de travail Environnement : Travail en extérieur et en intérieur beau temps mauvais temps, sur des chantiers de construction ou chez des clients Déplacements : Fréquents sur différents sites Compétences Expérience en gestion d'équipe Capacité à utiliser des outils de base Expérience préalable en installation ou dans un rôle similaire (un atout) Habilités personnelles Rigueur, organisation et minutie. Bonne condition physique pour soulever des charges et travailler dans des environnements variés. Avoir un bon esprit d’analyse et faire preuve d’autonomie.
