Overview Join our team as we continue to expand our product portfolio in the Data Center and Carrier Service Provider. The IP Routing Hardware organization is very flat - there are few levels of management between the Individual Contributor and the VP of Hardware. We are also very lean - each Hardware Engineer spends more time doing engineering work and less time on overhead. As a result, your work has high visibility, and your decisions directly impact product design. DCN2025 Qualifications Minimum B.Sc or B.Eng in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering 10+ years of experience designing complex PCB designs Understanding of Ultra high-speed PCB circuit design and methodologies Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and leadership skills It would be nice if you also had: Experience with stack-up design, signal integrity simulation, and power circuitry Familiarity with EMC/EMI/Safety and ITU/IEEE/Bellcore telecommunications standards Programming/Scripting ability (C/Python) Responsibilities Design complex, multilayer printed circuit boards Drive and manage your design through the development process from concept to production release Verify prototype hardware under thermal and environmental conditions Work with the Factory to release a high-quality product Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally #J-18808-Ljbffr
