The IP Routing Hardware organization is very flat - there are few levels of management between the Individual Contributor and the VP of Hardware. We are also very lean - each Hardware Engineer spends more time doing engineering work and less time on overhead. As a result, your work has high visibility, and your decisions directly impact product design.DCN2025QualificationsMinimum B.Sc or B.Eng in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering10+ years of experience designing complex PCB designsUnderstanding of Ultra high-speed PCB circuit design and methodologiesExcellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and leadership skillsIt would be nice if you also had:Experience with stack-up design, signal integrity simulation, and power circuitryFamiliarity with EMC/EMI/Safety and ITU/IEEE/Bellcore telecommunications standardsProgramming/Scripting ability (C/Python)ResponsibilitiesDesign complex, multilayer printed circuit boardsDrive and manage your design through the development process from concept to production releaseVerify prototype hardware under thermal and environmental conditionsWork with the Factory to release a high-quality productResolve customer issues quickly and professionally #J-18808-Ljbffr
