What You’ll Do Lead a team that develops advanced procurement and supply chain analytics capabilities, delivering actionable insights to the procurement function. Develop and manage analytic models and dashboards incorporating innovations such as AI to support spend analysis, value delivery, supplier performance management, inventory optimization, and contract compliance. Establish a market intelligence ecosystem providing insights on supply chain and commodity trends, supplier landscapes, and geopolitical risks. Collaborate with category managers, sourcing and contracting teams, and the business to identify opportunities for value creation through data insights. Analyze large datasets from ERPs and supplier systems to identify trends and opportunities. Use advanced analytics, including predictive modeling and scenario analysis, to improve sourcing strategy, supplier management, and procurement operations. Model safety by leading a culture that prioritizes a safe work environment. Stay informed about emerging procurement technologies, supplier intelligence tools, and market dynamics. Communicate insights and recommendations to senior procurement and business leadership in a clear, actionable format. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Data Science or related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement analytics generating insights from procurement or supply‑chain data. Professional certifications in procurement (SCMP), data analytics or data science is an asset. Knowledge or experience in AI, machine learning, category management, and procure‑to‑pay is an asset. Master’s degree in supply chain or data science is considered an asset. Experience utilizing external market‑intelligence sources such as Beroe, Gartner, Bloomberg, or industry‑specific databases. Experience working with procurement data in ERP systems such as SAP ECC, SAP S4, Oracle, or PeopleSoft. Solid understanding of procurement concepts such as sourcing strategies, supplier segmentation, tiering, should‑cost models, and total cost of ownership.
