Senior Vice President, Product – Kensington Kensington is the leader in personalized, privately guided luxury travel. The Opportunity The SVP, Product & Services will own the full lifecycle of Kensington’s global travel product—from research and categorization to procurement, itinerary architecture, and client service excellence. What You’ll Lead Product & Procurement Define and evolve Kensington’s global product taxonomy across hotels, DMCs, activities, transport, and experiences. Benchmark for cost, quality, and competitiveness; close gaps with structured process and system improvements. Lead global sourcing, rate structures, contract negotiations, and long‑term supplier partnerships. Itinerary Architecture Set the “Kensington standard” for pacing, quality, inclusions, thematics, and experience design. Build standardized templates, playbooks, and content frameworks to enable scalable customization. Develop segmentation models driven by behavior, spend, travel style, and guest feedback. Embed insights directly into itinerary design, product prioritization, and service strategy. Client Services Lead pre‑trip, in‑destination, and post‑trip service operations. Implement service standards, scripts, and KPIs to uphold Kensington’s luxury promise. Leverage feedback loops to drive continuous improvement across product and operations. Cross‑Functional Leadership Partner with Tech to enhance tools, databases, APIs, and AI‑enabled categorization. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align product strategy with revenue and margin targets. Build and inspire a high‑performing global team across multiple disciplines. Who You Are 15+ years in product, procurement, or service leadership—ideally in travel, hospitality, or global experience‑based industries. Expert in categorization, taxonomy building, and structured decision frameworks. Deep procurement and vendor‑management experience. Strong systems thinker with advanced analytical capabilities. Proven ability to lead cross‑functional transformation and integrate data/AI into operations. Globally curious, commercially sharp, and energized by building scalable product engines.
