SUMMARY OF ROLE Relationships and communication are your passions You love being a self-starter and exploring opportunities, and your compensation doesn’t have a ceiling. As a vital part of the Corporate Sales Team, you acquire new clients and develop relationships based on trust. You identify sales opportunities towards premiere products backed up by award-winning service. We provide the training; you provide the positive attitude and personality Under the direction of the Corporate Sales Manager, this role focuses on outside sales success for SolutionsIT Voice Agreements to businesses. RESPONSIBILITIES Identify new potential clients and follow up on warm leads through in-person and phone cold-calling. Follow up on marketing efforts and contribute to ongoing campaigns. Schedule sales appointments and conduct meetings with prospective clients. Articulate the business advantages of SolutionsIT Voice. Promote SolutionsIT Voice via several key differentiators. Track activities accurately and promptly. Gather necessary information to create accurate proposals. Present and close proposals effectively. Meet targets as set by the Corporate Sales Manager (CSM). REQUIREMENTS Self-motivated with strong professional sales skills. Relationship-centric with excellent written and verbal communication. Organized and interpersonal skills, able to meet deadlines. Business-savvy with computer literacy and basic IT knowledge. Eager to learn, creative thinker, and problem solver. Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Positive, friendly, and customer-focused. Valid driver’s license (company vehicle may be provided). As this role requires customer in-person visits, the successful candidate needs to be based in Southern Manitoba .
