Machine Operator

**Job Title: Machine Operator****Job Description**This hands-on role is critical in the production process, involving the operation of three different machines: seasoning, packing chips, and packing bags into boxes. The machine operator will be trained to work on all three machines and will rotate duties during shifts.**Responsibilities**Operate and rotate between seasoning, packing chips, and packing bags machines.Lift 50 lbs rolls of covering approximately twice per shift.Troubleshoot machine issues, such as low seasoning or seal malfunctions, using provided SOPs.Document production metrics hourly, including chip weight, seasoning, and bag counts.Assist with packing boxes as necessary.**Essential Skills**Experience in machine operation and production machine operating.Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot independently.Strong written and verbal communication skills.**Additional Skills & Qualifications**Experience with food safety and forklift operation is a plus.Ability to work effectively in a diverse cultural environment.Reliable attendance and willingness to perform various tasks, including clean-up.**Why Work Here?**Join a rapidly growing company with opportunities to advance into lead and supervisory roles. The facility is louder due to machinery, and you will collaborate with two other operators and a team lead. Shifts run Monday through Thursday from 4 am to 2 pm.
