Wellsite Supervisor

Our client, a major Oil and Gas company, is looking for a Wellsite Supervisor to join their team on a contract opportunity in Bonnyville, AB. This is a winter project. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate coil and service rig crews on shallow abandonment projects. Ensure adherence to safety standards, environmental regulations, and company procedures. Manage daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and troubleshooting. Provide leadership and mentorship to field teams, fostering a culture of safety and performance. Communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders regarding progress and challenges. Oversee camp logistics and maintain operational readiness throughout the winter season. Qualifications Experience: Minimum 5+ years of supervisory experience in oilfield operations. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with coil and service rigs; experience in shallow abandonment work preferred. Thermal Recovery: Knowledge of thermal processes is an asset but not required. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
