Wellsite Supervisor

Our client, a major Oil and Gas company, is looking for a Wellsite Supervisor to join their team on a contract opportunity in Bonnyville, AB. This is a winter project.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate coil and service rig crews on shallow abandonment projects.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, environmental regulations, and company procedures.
- Manage daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and troubleshooting.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to field teams, fostering a culture of safety and performance.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders regarding progress and challenges.
- Oversee camp logistics and maintain operational readiness throughout the winter season.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of supervisory experience in oilfield operations.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with coil and service rigs; experience in shallow abandonment work preferred.
- Thermal Recovery: Knowledge of thermal processes is an asset but not required.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
