We are seeking a Customer Service Representative, Bilingual to join our Coughlin team in Ottawa.

The Customer Service Representative primarily answers telephone and walk-in inquiries and corresponds with members of various plans on such matters as coverage, enrollments, terminations, beneficiaries, etc.

**The Customer Service Representative, Bilingual will**:

- Primarily answers telephone and walk-in inquiries and corresponds with members of various plans on such matters as coverage, enrollments, terminations, beneficiaries, etc.
- Provides assistance in the administrative services to the Single
- and Multi
- Employer Plans and does so in such a way as to enable the smooth operation and administration of the plans.
- Maintain security and confidentiality of client information
- Answering calls and responding to customer complaints.
- Providing customers with detailed information about policies and products.

**To be successful as a Customer Service Representative, Bilingual** with Coughlin & Associates, you will need**:

- The ability to maintain good public relations, both within and outside the organization.
- A demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and standard office administration procedures
- Excellent grammatical, spelling, and communication skills in both official languages.
- The demonstrated ability to learn and master new software and technology.
- Superior data entry skills and strong mathematical and reconciliation skills.
- Strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and the ability to manage time
- Bilingual (French/English)
- The ability to adhere to existing company policies and procedures.
- The ability to use tact and discretion to maintain information in the strictest of confidence.
- Experience in the benefits and/or insurance industry.
