Responsibilities Develop software for robot powertrain components and functions. Design and implement systems for measuring system performance and efficiency. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other team members. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years experience developing production C++ code (C++17 and newer preferred). Experience developing embedded software targeting both Linux and RTOS. Experience developing systems with safety and real-time requirements. Experience implementing feedback control systems. Experience with communication interfaces including CAN, UART, I2C, and Ethernet. Track record of taking vaguely defined problems and converting them into robust production solutions. What Makes You Stand Out Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Experience in mobile robotics or electric vehicle development. Comfortable working hands on with electronics, motors, and batteries. System modeling and control system design experience. Understanding of electric motors and their control methods. Vehicle dynamics knowledge is a bonus.
