**Carpenter Technician****Job Description**This role involves diverse duties including drywall, trim work, door installation and repair, basic renovation, material handling, and moving furniture. Approximately 70% of the job will focus on renovations, 20% on moving furniture and construction materials, and 10% on gathering materials.**Responsibilities**Perform drywall, trim work, and door installation/repair.Engage in basic renovation tasks and material handling.Move furniture and construction materials efficiently.Gather necessary materials for daily tasks.Participate in tool box meetings to discuss daily expectations.**Essential Skills**2-3 years of experience with hand and power tools.Ability to lift 50lbs.Good communication skills.Experience in production, general labor, and woodwork.Proficiency in carpentry, framing, painting, and repair.**Additional Skills & Qualifications**Personal transportation is preferable as transit is accessible but requires a far walk.Experience with modular construction is a plus.**Why Work Here?**Enjoy a fun and engaging workplace where team activities like bowling and pizza parties are a regular occurrence.
