**Overview**
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will be an essential part of our construction projects, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring that work sites are safe, organized, and efficient. This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality workmanship. Opportunity for advancement in the sheet metal trade.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and setting up materials.
- Support skilled tradespeople in various tasks including furnace installations, ductwork rough ins, and finishing work.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and organize them on-site as needed.
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as cleaning work areas and disposing of waste materials.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project goals are met on time.

**Skills**
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Basic knowledge of construction methods and tools is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Familiarity with safety practices in construction settings is a plus.
