What we’re looking for: Leo Berwick is seeking a strategic, forward-thinking Head of IT to lead our technology vision and execution. This role is responsible for aligning IT strategy with business goals, driving digital transformation, and ensuring the secure, scalable, and efficient delivery of technology services across the organization. The vision and strategy should be maintained to incorporate new technology capabilities that can benefit and support Leo Berwick’s business strategy. M&A Integration – Oversee the technology due diligence and post‑merger integration of IT systems from acquired firms, ensuring minimal disruption, data consistency, and synergy realization. Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborate with executive leadership and department heads to understand business needs and translate them into technology solutions. Work with leadership to define and track KPIs for various IT initiatives. Leadership & Team Development – Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performing IT team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Digital Transformation – Champion the adoption of modern technologies, automation, and data‑driven decision‑making across the enterprise. Involvement in driving user adoption and managing behavioral changes is expected. Specific areas of focus for digital transformation, automation, and data‑driven analytics include: Sales, Opportunity Management, and Pricing Professional Services Automation for Client Projects and Delivery including: Design and build of proprietary engagement data lake Implementation of templates (ppt/excel) and automation tools that support client delivery teams Order to Cash and Financial Management Human Capital Management including resource and time/expense management Support for New Leo Berwick Businesses Cybersecurity & Risk Management – Establish and oversee the development of robust security protocols, disaster recovery plans, and compliance with regulatory standards (GDPR etc.), safeguarding sensitive client data and intellectual property. Infrastructure & Operations – Design and implement scalable, cost‑effective IT infrastructure and support services that can support rapid headcount growth, increased transaction volumes and secure remote / hybrid work environments. Vendor & Budget Management – Oversee and manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations to maximize value and performance. Innovation, Agility & Performance Metrics – Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset, proactively identify opportunities, and solve complex challenges to unlock business value. Track IT performance and initiatives through KPIs (e.g. system uptime/availability, user satisfaction/adoption rates, contribution to revenue growth / cost savings, # of cyber incidents, compliance audit pass rates, time to integrate new acquisitions etc.). Qualifications: 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including 5+ years in a senior executive role. Proven success leading enterprise‑wide technology initiatives, digital transformation, and cross‑functional collaboration. Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and emerging technologies. Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology strategy with organizational goals. Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, adapt to change, and inspire teams to innovate. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. A curious, entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem‑solving and continuous improvement. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
