The Queen’s Cue, a Marriott Tribute Portfolio Hotel, seeks dependable Dishwashers supporting the Boar’s Head Pub, Lobby Lounge, and Banquet Operations. You will maintain clean equipment, organized dish areas, and ready workspaces. Success requires reliability, efficiency, teamwork, and attention to cleanliness during high-volume service. Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is an asset, not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and glassware
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely
- Maintain clean floors, surfaces, storage, and dish areas
- Remove waste and keep equipment continuously available
- Support the culinary team wherever needed
Requirements:
- Valid Food Handler Certification required
- Ability to work efficiently while staying organized
- Strong commitment to cleanliness, sanitation, and safety
- Ability to stand and move equipment safely
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays
