Job Title Datastage Developer Location Toronto Model Hybrid Key Responsibilities Design,, and maintain ETL processes using IBM Datastage (v11.2 or higher). Perform data analysis to understand data flow structures, identify anomalies, and resolve data issues. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Optimize ETL workflows for performance and scalability. Provide support throughout the SDLC, including development, testing, deployment, and post‑production support. Document technical designs, processes, and best practices. Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of hands‑on experiencewith IBM Datastage (v11.2 or higher). 5+ years of experiencewith SQL Server Management Studioand strong SQL skills. Solid understanding of ETL conceptsand data integration best practices. Strong data analysisskills to troubleshoot and resolve data anomalies. Proficiency in the SDLC cycle, from requirement gathering to post‑production support. Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills. Nice‑to‑Have Skills Experience with reporting toolssuch as Power BI, SSIS, or SSRS. Familiarity with Autosysfor job scheduling. Exposure to Agile methodology, JIRA, and Confluence. The pay rangeforthis role is $1 0 0,000- $1 1 0,000 per annumincluding any bonuses or variable pay.
