About Alara Alara (a Fluent Software/Valsoft company) is a full AI-powered dental suite built specifically for specialty dentists — including endodontists, periodontists, orthodontists, and oral surgeons. Specialty dentists primarily receive patients through referrals from general dentists, and Alara automates the critical communication loop—assembling patient notes, reports, and updates—and sending them seamlessly back to the referring general dentist. The platform also manages AI-driven scheduling, patient information, and automated follow-ups such as check-ins, recovery status updates, and reminders. Growth Highlights 350% growth over the past 3 months Currently used by 300+ practices across the U.S. About The Role The Strategic Partnerships Manager/Head of Partnerships will drive strategic and revenue-generating partnerships that expand Alara’s footprint across the dental ecosystem. This high-impact role focuses on building alliances with dental practice management software companies and technology providers to integrate and distribute Alara’s AI-powered platform through their customer networks. You’ll play a critical role in defining and executing Alara’s partnership strategy, working cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver joint go‑to‑market initiatives and accelerate growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage partnerships with key practice management software providers and dental technology platforms Sell and position Alara as a complementary solution to existing software ecosystems Collaborate with internal teams to execute integration and co‑marketing initiatives Identify and pursue strategic partnership and channel opportunities that enhance Alara’s market presence Own the external partnership pipeline—from initial outreach to signed agreements and ongoing relationship management Establish frameworks and processes to scale Alara’s partnership function as the company continues rapid growth Who You Are You are a relationship‑driven professional with a deep understanding of the dental technology landscape. You combine strategic thinking with tactical execution and thrive in fast‑paced, scaling environments. You’re entrepreneurial, resourceful, and motivated to build something from the ground up. Qualifications Proven experience in SaaS, dental technology, practice management, or healthcare SaaS Strong business development, relationship management, and negotiation skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Ability to operate autonomously in a dynamic startup environment Previous experience leading partnerships or channel sales in a high‑growth SaaS company Nice-to-Haves Demonstrated success selling into or partnering with dental practices or dental service organizations (DSOs) Knowledge of AI or automation tools within healthcare technology Experience structuring integrations or co‑marketing partnerships What’s In It For You High Autonomy, High Impact: Operate with independence and drive initiatives that influence outcomes across multiple companies.
