Client Services Manager - Spectrum Health Care (SHC) Join to apply for the Client Services Manager role at Spectrum Health Care (SHC) . Job Description Motivate, direct and coach client service staff to ensure quality care for all clients. Review staffing assignments to ensure quality care delivery and manage overtime for field staff. Resolve customer complaints to increase satisfaction and maintain customer loyalty. Prepare monthly schedules for Client Service Coordinators. Oversee hiring, training and orientation of Client Service Coordinators. Collect and share KPIs with the team and lead continuous improvement activities. Organize and evaluate workflows for the coordination team, identifying trends and process gaps. Communicate serious service quality issues to the Regional Director/Manager for resolution. Support the Regional Director/Manager with projects and day‑to‑day operations as required. Qualifications Minimum 5 years experience in the healthcare industry, preferably with home care. Registered health care professional an asset. Post‑secondary education or equivalent work experience. 2+ years of people management experience. Demonstrated commitment to delivering customer service excellence. Ability to manage and improve core business processes. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong computer skills, including learning proprietary software and preparing reports in Excel. Additional Information This is a current vacancy.
