Learning Program Specialist

The Learning Program Specialist is responsible for leading the delivery and implementation of Learning projects in partnership with the Learning Center of Expertise (COE) and collaborating with business lines, internal functional teams and/or external vendors. The role ensures projects are executed and delivered according to scope, timeline and objectives, in accordance with bank policies and procedures. The Program Specialist may also support Learning Program Managers in delivery and implementation of more complex learning programs. Responsibilities Ensure project objectives, scope and deliverables are clearly identified at project initiation. Develop project plans leveraging templates and procedures to ensure delivery according to project management practices. Conduct project kick‑off, status meetings and other ad‑hoc project meetings. Develop and maintain project RAID logs to ensure risks, issues, decisions and actions are identified and followed up to avoid impact on successful delivery of projects. Create and distribute regular project status reports to stakeholders. Champion a customer‑focused culture to deepen relationships with all partners, stakeholders and project team members. Consistently develop knowledge and understanding of the bank’s learning platforms and technologies to effectively manage project deliverables and timelines. Be accountable for the implementation of learning programs with low to medium complexities: facilitate learning program design, communications, evaluation plan, and hold intake sessions to determine execution plans. Maintain strong relationships with external vendors and facilitate meetings and discussions to ensure alignment across internal and external teams. Act as a central point of contact for all project‑related communication and work closely with the Learning COE to address and remove obstacles. Provide leadership and guidance to learning program implementation teams, ensuring alignment with established guidelines and standards. Qualifications Post‑secondary degree in Human Resources, Business or related field. Strong project management skills with a minimum of 1 year of experience (preferably in learning and development). Experience working with project management information systems. Deep understanding and knowledge of bank policies and procedures. Strong knowledge of organizational structure and internal dynamics. Strong understanding of global learning programs, policies, processes and operations. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast‑paced environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Attentive to detail and deadlines; ability to manage multiple priorities. PMP or other Project Management designation is an asset. Certification in adult education is an asset. Spanish fluency is required for this role.
