Summary of Position:

This is a short term Pilot Project with intense full time hours for a few months (~ 3 months) with a very high possibility of extension.

The Adobe Digital Experience Platform (DXP) Specialist will play a key role in the Proof of Concept DXP Pilot Project , which aims to assess the potential of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) as a scalable Digital Experience Platform (DXP) . This role requires expertise in Adobe XP architecture, system integration, and implementation strategies to support digital transformation initiatives.

The Specialist will work closely with internal stakeholders to design, implement, and evaluate the technical framework, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, including CRM solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Technical & Architectural Implementation:


• Develop and deploy a scalable architecture for Adobe XP based on user journey maps and service requirements.


• Ensure the platform aligns with security, compliance, and interoperability needs.


• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Adobe XP with enterprise CRM systems.

2. Functional & Technical Requirements Analysis:


• Refine and validate functional, capability, and technical requirements for the platform.


• Ensure compliance with industry standards, security best practices, and interoperability guidelines .


• Maintain a requirements traceability matrix to track progress.

3. Proof of Concept Implementation & Evaluation:


• Design, develop, and deploy core technical components for the pilot.


• Conduct performance testing and validate data flows between integrated systems.


• Provide technical documentation, training, and knowledge transfer for IT teams.


• Deliver a final evaluation report with recommendations for enterprise-wide scaling .

4. System Optimization & Data Analysis:


• Collect, monitor, and analyze usage data, system adoption rates, and performance metrics .


• Optimize functionality based on real-time insights and user feedback .


• Provide regular reports and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

5. Compliance & Policy Alignment:


• Conduct a review of existing policies, regulations, and governance frameworks .


• Identify compliance gaps and propose policy enhancements for security and data governance.

Required Qualifications & Experience:


• 5+ years of experience implementing Digital Experience Platforms (DXP) in enterprise settings.


• Strong experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including architecture, configuration, and deployment .


• Expertise in enterprise system integration , including API development and cloud-based solutions.


• Familiarity with data residency regulations in Canada and IT security policies .


• Proven ability to gather, document, and validate functional and technical requirements .


• Experience in testing, quality assurance, and performance optimization .


• Hands-on experience in project management for digital transformation initiatives .


• Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions .

Preferred Qualifications:


• Experience integrating Adobe XP with enterprise CRM solutions .


• Hands-on expertise with Adobe Experience Cloud, FuseBase, Acquia, or Liferay .


• Background in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices .


• Knowledge of digital accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and compliance testing.


• Experience working on digital transformation projects .


• Certified Adobe Partner or Reseller is an asset.
