We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Manager to lead construction projects from planning through completion. This full-time, permanent position is based in Quispamsis, in the beautiful province of New Brunswick. What You’ll Do: Lead residential and commercial construction projects from start to finish Coordinate and schedule employees, subcontractors, and suppliers across multiple sites. Supervise multiple crews while maintaining client satisfaction and safety compliance Ensure projects meet building codes, permits, and quality standards Oversee procurement of materials, tools, and equipment while controlling costs Monitor budgets, forecasts, and project costs to maximize profitability Prepare, review, and manage contracts, change orders, and project documentation Identify risks and proactively resolve issues Support estimating and tender preparation Enforce health and safety policies and maintain safe worksites What We’re Looking For: Hands‑On experience managing large‑scale residential and/or commercial construction projects Strong understanding of construction processes, codes, permits, and safety standards Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Technical expertise in residential and commercial construction Financial acumen to manage budgets and cost controls Proven ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors, crews, and suppliers Experience in contract management and client relationship development Architectural / Structural & Building Engineering experience preferred Red Seal Carpenter certification is an asset Valid driver’s license and Clear Criminal Record Experience using power tools and/or heavy equipment Why You’ll Love Working Here: Work with a well-established, growing company with a large client base.
